Alicia is a knowledgeable professional with 20 years of experience in insurance. Prior to working at Roop Financial Services, Alicia has been a Financial Analyst, a high school teacher at Evangelical Christian School, and an Executive Assistant in Memphis.  She earned B.B.A and M.B.A degree with majors in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate as well as a M.A.T. Education degree with emphasis in Business and Technology Education from the University of Memphis.

Alicia is a licensed agent and recently celebrated her 12-year anniversary with Roop Financial Services and continues to lead the employee benefit operations. People who know Alicia will tell you right away that she is known for her incredible efficiency and organization. Her focus on clients’ needs have made her a favorite.  She works with her internal, to shop the marketplace to secure the best rates for our clients as well as the coordination of group enrollment.  She has an eye for strategic plan design and proactive renewal options/solutions.  She has a sense of urgency to get things done, a strict adherence to deadlines, is proactive, and provides remarkably quick turnaround on resolutions.

Alicia is active in her church, Kirby Woods Baptist Church and enjoys spending time traveling with family and friends.  Her hobbies include gardening, reading, swimming, cooking and mahjong.
